- Wikipedia - dimethindene
Dimetindene (trade name Fenistil; other name dimethindene maleate) is an antiallergic drug. Dimetindene is an antihistamine/anticholinergic that is a selective H1 antagonist. As dimetindene only minimally passes across the blood-brain barrier, it is classified as a second generation antihistamine.
